It's done, diddly, done. I think I'm going to cry...
I'm really happy with this tutorial, even though it looks cheap and dodgy (took me three days to make it, and even so it still looks cheap and dodgy), because I did everything myself! I figured out all the little buttons and liksies and everything, without even using the Flash tutorials! HEEE!
As I promised the peoplies out there who keep asking me 'How the HUCK do you colour like that?!', here's a little COPIC Tutorial for you. But just because I do it this weay, doesn't mean EVERYBODY has to. Get your own style! Develop individually! Be unique! AND DON'T STEAL MY WAYS! XDDD
Hey! I noticed you recently responded to someone so thought i would try and get an answer from you. I plan on getting a couple of copic markers (just to try them out, see if i like them) this weekend. Which colors do you think I should get if i only get like two markers? o.o thanks in advance!
Back when I got my markers, I started out with only two flesh-coloured ones, one of them being Baby Skin Pink. It helped to practice skin tones and shading with them.
I'd suggest getting a couple of markers in the same colour palette, so you can practice blending with them and figuring out shadows.
Great tutorial, it's going to help me a lot! :3 I'm new to Copic markers, and bought 3 Sketch markers (Sky, Golden Yellow, and Prawn yesterday. As I get more skilled with the markers, I'm going to buy more.
